FREE Yoga For Runners

Try something new!  Come to our FREE Yoga class with certified yoga instructor Meghan Swigart.  All abilities (runners, walkers, run/walkers) are encouraged to come!  The class will be held at Fleet Feet Sports.  Please bring your own water bottle, and your own yoga mat if you have one.  You must RSVP!

Meg Swigart
Meg has been teaching yoga and personal training for 6 years.  She is a level 3 Trainer at the Blue Ash Recreation Center and finds that her professional fitness passion lies in the crossover between athletic performance and injury prevention.  Meg has been a runner and dabbled in triathlons after tearing both ACLs while playing soccer.  Meg says she loves that yoga helps her do what she loves better or with less pain!  Meg graduated from Sycamore High School in 1998, and has a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Northern Kentucky University.  She holds the following certifications:
ISSA - Certified Fitness Trainer
NASM - Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist
TRX Suspension Trainer
Yoga Alliance - Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr

Tuesday @ 9:00am - Vinyasa flow (yoga) 
Wednesday @ 9:00am - Cardiyoga 
Thursday @ 9:00am - Slow Flow Vinyasa (yoga)
